Synthetic vitamins are created in labs, and they are not natural organic extracts. The body could have difficulties when metabolizing such substances. It is advisable to use natural vitamin supplements because they are more easily absorbed and have a higher efficiency rate.

Not all vitamin supplements make a good choice for your health. You should avoid self-treatment and only use vitamins and minerals following doctor’s orders. Intolerance and side effects are the most common problems reported for the use of some vitamin supplements.

Don’t buy discount vitamin supplements on the Internet unless you are convinced they are from reliable sources. It’s better to shop for reputed brand names and check the authenticity of the product you buy.
