Dont be Afraid of Skinny Jeans

July 2, 2010

When I found out a few years ago there was something called “skinny jeans” and that with girls clothing they were coming into style, I must admit, I didn’t like the idea. I’m a curvy girl and only 5 feet, 2 inches tall, unlike Katelyn Rose who is tall. So, imagining a pair of tight jeans that showed every curve on my legs seemed like a bad idea.  Maybe even a nightmare! But if you’re like me, and have the same reservations about skinny jeans, I’m here to bring you hope.

Most girls don’t realize that you can wear skinny jeans in so many ways. If you are tall and slender, you may have more options than the rest of us, but girls of all shapes and sizes can pull off the skinny jean look. The thing to do is try out different combinations. You don’t know if you look good in a certain style until you try it, right? The key is finding a pair you feel comfortable and confident in. Try one of the following ideas.

1. Wear a long shirt that comes to about mid-thigh with your skinny jeans. This will help cover the hip area if that is a place you’re concerned about showing. This way, the most slender part of your leg will be showing only.

2. Put on a vest or cardigan that is longer than the shirt or tank you are wearing, to go with your skinny jeans. This will have the same effect as a long shirt, but gives you the ability to layer.

3. If you are shorter, make sure your skinny jeans don’t bunch at your ankle too much, as this will make you appear even shorter.

Those are just a few tips you can try out, but they might not work for everyone. The most important thing is that you feel good about how you look.

So now that I’ve overcome my fear of skinnies, I’ve fallen in love with them! Most recently I bought a pair of black skinny corduroys from Urban Outfitters for under $40. I love them in black because they flatter my figure and if I want, I can easily make them look dressy for a nice event, with the right top of course. And don’t forget how awesome these wonderful pants look with boots! The perfect look for a chilly fall day!

July 2, 2010

Wasps Nests Destroyed in Trafford, Stretford, Urmston, Flixton, Sale, Altrincham and Stockport, Cheadle 32.00 fixed price no extras.

Throuhout the summer months Waspgo.co.uk will be destroying wasps nests throughout Stockport, Cheadle, Sale, Altrincham for a fixed rate of only 32.00.

Waspgo.co.uk operate seven days per week including Saturdays, Sundays and evenings and do not charge any supplement for evening and weekend wasp nest work.

Wasps nests can usually be dealt with from the exterior of the building by blowing a small quantity of insecticide into the opening using a special device.

It is necessary to get a wasps’ nest treated before mid-september when the new queens which will construct next season’s nests start to emerge. Once this happens simply destoying the nest will not deal with these new queens as they are no longer going back to the nest. A single wasps nest can create up to 2000 queens.

In the wasp season we give priority to wasp calls as we know that many people suffer badly from wasps stings and it is vital to remove the nest as soon as it is discovered. We do our utmost to provide a rapid same day service but this is naturally constrained by how much work we have on.

It is neither necessary nor desirable to remove the wasp nest itself as it can never be used again and, being built from purely of a paper like material it will crumble away of its own accord.

The Waspman also offer a variety of garden ant treatment some of which it is possible to provide a 3 year guarantee for.
We can be contacted on 0161 930 8814 seven days per week.
